Position description
The Department of Technology Management (TM) at the University of California, Santa Barbara offers courses focusing on the challenges of technology commercialization and is one of six academic units in the College of Engineering. TM invites applications for qualified part-time lecturers to serve as field project mentors for the field project course for the Master of Technology Management (MTM) 2022-2023 cohort.
Terms and conditions of employment are subject to UC policy and any appropriate collective bargaining agreement. The University is especially interested in candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through research, teaching and service as appropriate to the position.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree at time of application.
A relevant Master’s and/or Ph.D and ideally at least one year of teaching experience would be preferred. Professional work experience (esp. in senior or management roles) is desired.
