Position description

The Department of Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at the University of California, Santa Barbara, invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary lecturers to teach lecture and lab courses in Biochemistry, Molecular Genetics, Cell Biology, & Developmental Biology during the 2017-18 academic year, summer 2018, and fall quarter 2018. Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed. The number of positions varies from quarter to quarter, depending on the needs of the department. Applicants should have at least a PhD in molecular or cellular sciences, and teaching experience at the college level is preferred. The position will remain open until October 31, 2018. The pool will close at that time; if you would like to continue to be considered after that time, and the pooled position is advertised again, you will need to submit a new application.
