The Department of Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara invites applications for a pool of qualified junior specialists to conduct research in all our disciplines including Development, Econometrics, Environmental, Experimental, Finance, Health, Industrial Organization, International, Labor, Macroeconomics, Public, and Theory. The number of positions varies depending on the needs of the department. Positions may range from part-time to 100% time. Qualified applicants must possess, at minimum, a Bachelor's degree in economics or relevant field at the time of initial appointment. Preferred qualifications: at least 2 years of previous research experience in a relevant field.
